Payment by credit card or check accepted. Registration fee is $125 for standard registration, $50 for students (with proof of student status presented upon arrival at conference.) Scholarships for individuals in need may be available (please write to info@lutheranaids.net).

Accommodation reservations:
Reserve your room by April 15 to get the conference rate ($89/night) in the reserved block of rooms at the Holiday Inn O'Hare.

Instructions: Go to the conference's customized Holiday Inn reservation page here. Confirm it is the conference's reservation page by clicking the orange plus sign (+) by "Corporate, Group, & IATA Identification" to expand that section and verify that there is an entry for Group Booking Code. If you navigate to other pages or sites you may lose that booking code and need to re-enter the Holiday Inn web site via this page in order to make the reservation using the conference code. Enter your dates for arrival and departure and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your reservation.

Exhibitors / Display materials: Is your organization interested in displaying material at our conference? If yes, please complete the short application form attached below. The cost of displaying materials is free upon approval by the conference organizing committee, but each exhibiting organization is required to register a minimum of one representative for the conference. Deadline is April 1st.
